North Atlanta’s Snowshow | We froze, we boozed and then we took pictures

Okay, we know that we are unprepared as a community for snow, ice and various other winter weather threats, but you know what? So, what. We haven’t even seen the white stuff in three years, so give us a break for spending our tax dollars on more practical things, like potholes and sports stadiums, rather than snow chains for our cars.

…Plus, if we were better prepared, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the coziness our homes have to offer in the daytime. I.e. fires, the Olympics, boxed wine and marathons of SVU (yes!).

We failed at sledding, didn’t attempt snowmen or snow angels, but we loved the eye-candy and the crunchy jaunts through the yard, nonetheless. Here’s to the next several years of sunshine.
